By accessing any site in this Network — saudiroyalty.com and its affiliated sites riyadhconcierge.com, jeddahconcierge.com, riyadhvilla.com, alulastays.com, alulaconcierge.com, and redseawildlife.com (together, the "Sites") — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
saudiroyalty.com is the central hub for a group of related sites operated by Daniel K, each focused on a specific aspect of luxury travel and hospitality in Saudi Arabia. The Sites are currently in a pre-launch phase, with full content and affiliate partnerships still being added.
SaudiRoyalty and the Network operate strictly as an affiliate marketing business. We do not provide travel, accommodation, concierge, or any other services directly, and we never take bookings, reservations, or payments ourselves. Any booking, reservation, or purchase you make is made directly with an independent third-party provider (e.g. a hotel, villa owner, tour operator, or booking platform), and any resulting contract is solely between you and that third party — not with us.
We may earn a commission or referral fee when you make a booking or purchase through a link on the Sites. This does not affect the price you pay. Where the Sites display affiliate links, this will be disclosed clearly at the point of the link, in line with UK advertising rules.
Submitting a form on the Sites (waitlist signup or enquiry) does not create a contract for services with us; it registers your interest and consent to be contacted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on the Sites — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Daniel K or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content without prior written permission.
SaudiRoyalty and the Network are independent ventures and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Saudi royal family, the Government of Saudi Arabia, or any political party or governmental entity. Any similarity in name is coincidental and does not imply any such association.
The Sites and their content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daniel K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites.
The Sites may link to one another and, in future, to third-party services (e.g. booking or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
